Shipping policy

Where we ship: we ship to Spain and many other countries; at checkout you'll see whether we deliver to your address.

Cost: shipping is free to most countries; you'll see the exact amount, if any, before paying.

Delivery time: usually between 7 and 20 business days depending on the country; the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Import duties: depending on the destination, local import taxes or duties may apply.

These are estimates: during peak periods or because of carrier incidents they may take longer. If your order is delayed beyond the stated time, message us and we'll look into it.

Tracking: when your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number.

Incorrect address: please check your address carefully. If the parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-sending it may have a cost.
