Terms and conditions

These terms govern purchases on kevoraofficial.com, a store run by Kevin Sanchez Latorre, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 49240564W, registered address Calle Francesc Riera, 8, 08760 Martorell (Barcelona), Spain ("Kevora").

Prices: prices are shown in your local currency and include the taxes applicable in your country where we are required to collect them. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Order: the contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order due to lack of stock or an obvious pricing error, in which case we'll refund the full amount.

Payment: using the payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping: as set out in our Shipping policy.

Returns and guarantee: as set out in our Refund policy and the consumer law that applies to you.

Using the product: follow the manufacturer's instructions. Get your dog used to the ear muffs gradually and don't leave them on unsupervised. They soften noise but don't block it completely.

Law: Spanish law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
